Craig A. Huffman CEO and Chairman: Co-founder of our predecessor companies, Internal Command (2001), and Internal Hydro International, Inc. (2004) of the parent Company, Renewable Energy Resources. Mr. Huffman is currently Chairman and CEO. Mr. Huffman oversaw the development of our Energy Commander technology from inception to market. He has been instrumental in all of Internal Hydro's corporate operations, patent protection, and all aspects of our corporate build up. Mr. Huffman is responsible for the purchase plan and expansion of the Company to include its New Green Technologies' suite. Mr. Huffman also acts as counsel to several other public companies, and has served on several boards. His combined business and legal expertise greatly aid the company in the areas of corporate governance and business ethics. Michael O'Keefe Chief Financial Consultant: President of Capital Resiliency Inc. a consulting firm providing strategic and financial guidance to businesses in the renewable energy sector. His clients include both public and private organizations. His current clients include a public company in the renewable energy sector where on a contract basis he functions as the CFO. He is also currently CFO for KC Biodiesel LLC and Encore Energy Development LLC. Mr. O'Keefe's has served as CFO for the U.S. operations of an international French Optical firm and also for a German Coffee Company. Mr. O'Keefe gained his initial business experience with AT&T. Over the years Mr. O'Keefe has served on several Boards. George E Ring Jr. Chief Operating Officer: Chief Operating Officer of Aerospace Sales, Inc. a ground support equipment manufacturing company. Co-founded company and created entire corporate structure from the ground floor up. Ran all operations, including manufacturing, accounting, marketing, and office systems. Developed multi-media marketing plan including direct mail, email, and tradeshow representation to target aviation customers with primary market identified as corporate fixed base operators and ground handling companies. Participated in designing and marketing a variety of aviation products for the aviation industry including power units, hydraulic jacks and mules, maintenance platforms. Generated policies and procedures and created manuals for maintenance and overhaul facility, shop, and office operations. Negotiated all real estate leases terms for headquarters and operational facilities, and managed purchasing for all manufacturing operations. Mr. Ring has also been involved in the ramping up of Geopolymer Concrete, a type of concrete that produces 80% less emissions than the manufacture of Portland Cement. Bradley Mierau Chief Science Officer, Research and Development: Bradley Mierau, Ph.D. has 23 years industrial experience with a diverse background in biology, chemistry and engineering. After receiving an M.S. in microbiology from the University of Nebraska in 1985, Dr. Mierau moved to Florida to accept employment at Innova Pure Water, Inc., where over the course of the next 16 years he rose to the position of Vice President of R&D while concurrently attending school and receiving a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering. Dr. Mierau is currently Vice President of Operations for WESCO, a division of EarthFirst Technologies, Inc. involved with solid waste remediation and recovery. Chemical Process Engineering is Dr. Mierau's specialty, and while with EarthFirst he has been intimately involved with biofuels production, solid waste, and EarthFirst's plasma pyrolysis technology. Dr. Mierau is a member of AICHE and Tau Beta Pi, and is a courtesy faculty appointment to the University of South Florida in Tampa |
