The system recycles feedstocks (known as Dried Distillars Grain or
DDG) through Catalytically Activated Vacuum Distillation (CAVD). The
CAVD reactor converts the DDG, carpet fiber, and other waste to
their constituent elements providing a highly profitable, simple to
operate, and much cleaner solution to the worldwide scrap tire and
waste problem. The by-products of the plant are very high grade carbon
black with tires, or other useable aftermath, and bio-fuels, similar
to bio-diesel and No. 6 fuel oil, steel, and methane and propane
gases. These products can be sold at established market values or in
the case of oil and gases, can be used to generate electric power for
the plant's operations and for sale into the utility grid.. The
abundant source of process materials be they carpet, DDG, algae, or
municipal waste, the value of the byproducts and the economical
process insure that this system will be a commercial success.
titors are just realizing the
trend and market even exists.
